The very basics of the EASi system including topics such as Basic Navigation, the Configuration of the Company Info page, setup of Company Securities and Stock Plans, the purpose and methodology of the Lookup Tables and an introduction to the basics of Taxation

Adding Participants to the System including Uploading Participants, Selecting brokers, Section 16 and Officer Designations, and User Accounts (including password resets)

AWARDS

Everything about all supported award types in the EASi system including option-based awards (ISO, NQSO, CSAR, SSAR), Warrants, Restricted-based Awards (RSA, RSU, PSA, PSU, RSP, CRSU, CPRSU), and all of the associated tax events (Option Exercise, Restricted-based Tax Event, etc.). Also include in this module are Performance cycle parameters, Purchase Window management and Admin Report Running
